Technical Assistance

The Technical Assistance Post Sale is to monitor the product from coming out of the Motofil facilities, to the “customer’s home”, ie installation of equipment on the client, programming, training and production of small series, to achieve the required quality by the customer.

Technical assistance is also required to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment during the life of the same. In this sense, preventive maintenance is one of the most important services performed.

The Technical Service shall carry out improvements in equipment, after customer request, in order to adapt them to new productive realities of this.
